Returns & Refunds

1. Preparation

Pack the goods safely, including all small parts such as screws and keychains. Include your customer or order number so that your return can be assigned quickly. Pre-registration of the return is not required.

2. Return Shipping

Send the package within 14 days to the following address:

3. Refund

After we receive the goods complete and unused, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. This can take 7-15 business days depending on the payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that we cannot provide free return labels. The return shipping costs are paid by the sender.

Return period

The return period for products is 14 days from the receipt of the package.
